Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date for any reason.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refund for the current billing period; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds available within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, access continues until the end of the subscription period, but no refund is provided.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd (our Merchant of Record).
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period in the future:
- No charges apply during the trial.
- You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- No refunds are needed for cancelled trials.
